Yes.. As per the footnote its till 4th May or if we assume till 5th May then also 1112 and 2174 are the hottest.. and once the footnote will be till 7th May the trend will be totally changed..

That footnote is misleading. Many have done the same mistake. That footnote is invalid / incorrect because it says 4th May 2013!

No, this is not to demoralise. I wrote in response to someone saying "people are tensed"...And I just said Canada fsw is not worth of getting tensed, just worth applying and waiting. I do not say people should not apply but there should be a reality check and people should set right expectations. I personally know several people who have come back while some who are there. And the ones who are there always think of immigrating to USA as they are underpaid. As far as I am concerned, I am applying to relocate purely for the purposes of quality of life of my children. I do not need a job as I am self employed entreprenuer.

Lets make this discussion a little lighter bro... What are you planning to open in Canada. Will you take an oath that if you reach there and open something, you will only hire immigrants like us especially all forum members looking for jobs

In Schedule 3 Form:

I work for a company since last 4 years and within those period I got promoted and my Designation changed 3 time like....Engineer II, Senior engineer I and Senior engineer II.

But my project and job duties were same.

1. Do I need to mention each designation separately with start date and end date?
2. Do I need to write separate job duties for each designation? (My duties were same)

In my previous company i worked for NOC 2232 for 1 year and after that I am working with other company in NOC 2132....Should I mention both NOC's in Work history?

Please help and reply fast ...my file is ready..need to send...

Hi Guys, I am new to this forum. My application for NOC 1112 category reached CIC office on 7th May 2014. My payment mode is DD and don't know whether it is encashed, as HDFC bank is not responding to me despite follow up. So far, I have not received PER number. However, based on my last years file number which has UCI number, I can see my status as "In process" and that they have received the file on 7th May 2014. Can anybody further explain what does that mean? Thanks.

Today after so many days of follow up, HDFC Bank informed me that my DD was encashed on 8th of July 2014. By the way can anyone guide what is the procedure between encashment of DD and receiving PER number?

No, i havent heard of any one in forum suggesting to get the application returned to you. Its just a minor mistake where you forgot to mention your name. Other details like bar code pages, date and signature are enough to make your app legitimate.

We refer to your IELTS test of 10th July, 2014.

As part of the quality control procedures designed to protect the integrity and security of the IELTS test, test results are routinely analyzed before they are issued to candidates. Unfortunately, your result is still being processed so it has not been possible to analyze it yet. The analysis will be conducted when the processing of your result is completed. Test Report Forms will be issued on 25th July 2014.

Please note that it is specified in the declaration signed by candidates on the application form that there may be occasions when it is necessary to issue a result more than 13 days after the test. Please accept our apologies for this delay.

Hi, you have to remember that we here can only give personal opinions, we are not CIC workers so we don't know what is the best choice for this situation.
Also, one CIC worker may overlook your error, another CIC worker may immediately return your application, nobody knows. I feel you should you get your application back as not indicating name invalidates the form, you may feel differently. Just go with your heart and do what you feel. All the best.
