In Schedule 3 Form:

I work for a company since last 4 years and within those period I got promoted and my Designation changed 3 time like....Engineer II, Senior engineer I and Senior engineer II.

But my project and job duties were same.

1. Do I need to mention each designation separately with start date and end date?
2. Do I need to write separate job duties for each designation? (My duties were same)

In my previous company i worked for NOC 2232 for 1 year and after that I am working with other company in NOC 2132....Should I mention both NOC's in Work history?

Please help and reply fast ...my file is ready..need to send...

Currently I am in India on a 2 month vacation and I will go back to Dubai on 25 august.

I should have received my IELTS results today, but instead I have received below email. What could have gone wrong? I am worried :(

Can someone please explain this, is it just a random process or something beyond my understading?

This is precisely what it means: " your result is still being processed so it has not been possible to analyze it yet. The analysis will be conducted when the processing of your result is completed. Test Report Forms will be issued on 25th July 2014. "

1. Do I need to mention each designation separately with start date and end date? Yes, because if your VO re-verifies your information from your company, there should be no confusion
2. Do I need to write separate job duties for each designation? (My duties were same) No, since they were the same

In my previous company i worked for NOC 2232 for 1 year and after that I am working with other company in NOC 2132....Should I mention both NOC's in Work history? Yes, mention them exactly as they occurred

First up I am a little curious as I have never seen someone on a 2 months long vacation (unless its maternal leaves or a self-employed).

Your country of Residence is still UAE as your UAE Visa only lapses if you do not stay in the country for a stretch of 6 months.

Since your UAE Visa is still active - your residency is still active in the UAE.

Hi, I already answered this earlier, where you live and work is where you reside. India is where you went for a brief vacation and/or your country of citizenship. So your answer is UAE.

Hi,

I am applying NOC under 2281, I have reference letter from my previous company for 3 years, then I joined current company in 2007, My current company is not providing any experience and reference letter regarding my job.

In total I am having 10+ years of experience. How many years of experience will be count and point will get.

Hi,

My friend is planning to apply by keeping his wife as Primary applicant. He wants to know whether he can travel first without primary applicant ? Also once a Visa is issued within what time frame we should land there ?

Thanks
Arun

Country of residence is where you've last spent continuous 180 or more days. You have to select a VO in your country of residence because you'll need to be available for interview with VO at a short notice and you must not select a VO outside your country of nationality or country of residence. So if you're select a VO in UAE then UAE has to be your country of residence because it's not a country of your nationality.

All the best to all of us for a new day!

Guys lets keep our hopes high and faith strong..

Regards...

UAE

A place of vacation can not be your residence. If you are working legally in UAE for more than one year than your country of residence is UAE else Country of your citizenship.

New day. New Hope...
