I think you really brought up reasonable intelligent questions, whose answers will definitely help me to reach a decision concerning my work experience.
Actually, I am a dentist, NOC 3113, which is sadly not included on the list of fsw occupatios this year. I am doing a part-time PhD in Syria, though this sounds a bit of a bluff given the current appalling circumstances that we live under in this country. I have performed nearly similar duties and responsibilities of a university lecturer for 12 hours weekely since I enrolled in the PhD program. and this work is paid on a monthly basis, and the pay is clearly stated in the work contract.
Anyway, I found a piece of information on cic website that may weaken my case, I already asked our friend Future-Canadian about it, and he thought that my case may be refused because of it:
Can I count my work as a teaching assistant toward the work experience requirement?
Your work experience must have been full-time (or the equivalent in part-time hours), worked continuously and paid, for over at least one year in the same occupation. Often, jobs as teaching, research or lab assistants at post-secondary institutions are part time, only for the academic year, not the full year and would not count toward the work experience requirement for this program.
I really count on this part-time experience to complete the obligatory condition of work experience in FSW program, so in view of this, what do you think? do I still stand a chance to make it through FSW program?

Adding up more than one job to obtain even the first year of experience is not alright. It should be one complete and continuous year paid full-time experience or a part-time equivalent.
My fear is hopefully you are not trying to force-fit your case, because one thinks of 'concealing' facts or twisting it when the truth by itself is not sufficient. Normally, if the case is strong, one will have several documents to support / prove their case.

You can count part-time work toward the work experience requirement, as long as you were not a full-time student at the time.
However, you must have gained the equivalent amount of experience as someone who worked full-time for at least one year (1560 hours)

A question for you, as you say "since all PhD researchers have to supervise undergraduates and to perform the job of a lecturer on a part time basis." Now was this paid work?
I can't seem to recall / find where it said on CIC site that while studying part-time the work has to be paid and for continuous one year full-time (or part-time equivalent) so the person is earning just like someone doing the same job full-time would.
