Ensure while filling form IMM5406 by your spouse, s/he is applicant, does this mean when my wife is filling this form she is the applicant and not the spouse?

Yes, you are right. Whoever fills that form is an applicant for that particular form. This is to avoid confusion for Reviewing Officer and get details of immediate family members of each adult in application.

I have the check box as spouse when it was filled by my wife so should i just strike it out and put a check on the applicant box.

i have a query regarding travel documents:

1. Do we need to provide copies of all our passports we have had? I travelled on my old passport but havent travelled on my new one yet.-You are to provide photocopy of recent biodata page of passport along with your application for yourself,spouse and any other dependent(s)
2. My wife was married to someone else before me but the marriage was not consummated i.e NIKAH only, she travelled abroad during that period with previous husbands data on her passport. That passport is expired now, the new one has my name on it as husband. Shall I provide copies of all passports and visa pages of my wife? I also have the divorce certificate as evidence that she is not the wife of her previous husband anymore.-On the IMM0008 FORM there is a question on previous marriage,please say Yes and submit proof of divorce.

There is no option to send with a lower score brother..Its mandatory to send with required score....

Its is recommended to maintain consistent balance on ur acc through out the process....However this is not mandatory......

I have another problem here. I have wrongly mentioned the DOB of my mother when I applied for student visa in 2009. I was granted the visa. Now, I am going to fill FSW forms and will fill in actual DOB.
Is it a minor or major problem. I am planning to use actual DOB cause It will be easier to get super visa for them.

Another advice- applicants have a bit bad exp through DHL (in an avg- late tracking update)...

So u can use FedEx/UPS etc....

Hi Everyone... I am new for forum applied at NOC 1111 on 9 june received by mike VO sydney australia
I have been residing in Australia since 5 years...after 3 years of master degree am working as an accountant. My query about generic form specially current residence in "To" Date section. is it necessary to fill the date when itself say current date in question and apparently we sign the current date at end of form after validate?


Please anybody would you like to share some opinions
