I have been residing in Australia since 5 years...after 3 years of master degree am working as an accountant. My query about generic form specially current residence in "To" Date section. is it necessary to fill the date when itself say current date in question and apparently we sign the current date at end of form after validate?

U cant validate without filling that field....So in that case u can write a date far from current date like two/three years later or ur current visa validity date....

Thats what is my opinion...

I have another problem here. I have wrongly mentioned the DOB of my mother when I applied for student visa in 2009. I was granted the visa. Now, I am going to fill FSW forms and will fill in actual DOB.
Is it a minor or major problem. I am planning to use actual DOB cause It will be easier to get super visa for them. Can I explain it later, if I am called for interview or will they return the application because of this

Ur ref letter can be issued with current date ...No matter...But ur working duration can be five yrs back.....

My application was received on 28th May 2014. I have submitted my citi bank cc for payment.

As per current trend, it make take another 3 months to get our turn for cc swipe. But recently, my cc limit was enhanced and issued a new card without any information to me, and i received a new credit card. The customer care people says that the old card is valid upto 60 days (probably August end) whereas my old card details (at that time it was valid) were sent to CIC. To inform CIC on this , i have not given any reference number yet.

Please advise me how to proceed further.

Then use her PP DOB and explain this issue with a cover letter ....I hope this will not create any major concern.......

No, she has not taken PP yet. But voter id card has her birth year. I am planning to write the same in application. Putting asterisk in month and date field.
