My father does not use surname in official records, but my marriage certificate has his full name including surname, whereas in my passport only given name is written. What should I right in Additional family information & background declaration forms. My SSC also has his given name only.
Kindly suggest.

I know the CIO is very strict with the Reference Letter, I need help. My ref. letter doesn't state my annual salary and benefits. Is it okay if its written in my Work Contract? Would that be a problem? Thanks!

thats fine u can produce ur work contract or latest salary certificate/pay slip. But be ensure all the points would have covered before sending to CIC. Its not mandatory all the information must be there in reference letter.

Reference letter must contain about your name, date of joining/completion, permanent/contract job,job title/position, your responsibility and your work(Ex-Coding, implementation,etc..) and referred by whom(It may be company/Manager/HR/Any of ur senior in ur company).
All the details must be enclosed in company letter head (Its very important).And also, u should produce the identity information about the person who are going to refer you in your company(manager or HR) in A4 sheet.

I have sent in the above way.

i have received PR visa in FSW 2013

and booked my tickets and will land in toronto 19 th august 2014.

now my question is that my wife's sister want to apply for FSW 2014 as per calculated point she got 63 points without point for adaptability (Relatives in canada). and also there is no alternative way to increase point except this...

Now what documents should i provide to her for claiming her points for relative in canada....

As i will land on 19 th august please suggest me fastest way to collect all the required documnts like

Proof of status
record of landing (IMM 1000) or
confirmation of permanent residence or
permanent resident card.
(out of these three which document issused fastest to claim point.....) plase advice and how to collect that document?????

Proof of residency
Lease agreement (how many days it will take? and ease way to collect)
credit card invoice and bank statement (If i open acc. after landing and provide statment is it sufficient)
Monthly bill (Before month i have to provide to her for putting file)
An employer letter confirming employment (As i dont have job when i land...)

All the above for proof of residency is compulsory or can i show anyone?
And how to collect all these

Both by local VO. CIO verify the documents only, decide based on the document submitted.

i am 2174 applicant my file reached on 7th may .i have checked with my bank on 3 july my dd is outstanding . i m very worried because i have read on this forum so many people has got there dd charged under my 2174 category and applied on 7 way ? what your views friends.is i am out of race ? thank you

No worries. Always bank says the 2 to 3 weeks before the status. It's not the status on July 3rd.
The same thing happend to me, my DD encashed on 18th June itself, but my bank got the status on June 30th. There will be the delay in status.

If u have UCI number u can check it in ecas status. the same way i did.

I would suggest, writing his both family name and given names in the both of the forms.

Add a cover letter that your father don't use surname but in your marriage certificate it is written there.

right click ->Save to local computer. goto the folder where you saved and open it. It will be opened.

I attach the DD with payment form with clips and put this accoridng to the serial of document checklist.

I put photos and lables in small envelope (supplied by CIO last year) and wrote on the envelop photos+lables - I put this at the top of all documents attaching with Document Checklist with clips.

I have a query related to my Job duties in reference letter, I am basically a electronics hardware engineer and applied under NOC 2133, my file reached at 21 may. NOC 2133 is for electrical and electronics engineer but here in India both are different like their are either electronics engineers or electrical engineers and I am a electronics and communication engineer, so here my confusion starts... I understand education is not that important for FSW but its your job duties.

So I am pasting the both the standard Job duties for NOC 2133 as per HRSDC and duties in my referrer letter
