Any idea what might be the consequences if one forgets to write one's full name at the last page of generic form.???

Nothing - just incomplete application only. None will reject but applicants are advised to submit complete applications.

I need your help.In which order i will enter Form and documents list into envelope.Document checklist ways Is mentioned all forms after that all documents list...So what would be the order?

Documenet Checklist, barcode pages, generic form, and then according to the serial of document checklist.

i am 2174 applicant my file reached on 7th may .i have checked with my bank on 3 july my dd is outstanding . i m very worried because i have read on this forum so many people has got there dd charged under my 2174 category and applied on 7 way ? what your views friends.is i am out of race ? thank you

Hi,

Its about settlement fund.

I had given the balance certificate with my application. I didnt give any statement.

If I do FDR now then I will show it instead of bank statement of six months when CIO wants the statement in future.

Will it be a problem ?
or
Should I have to show the statement from the same account which I have used in application?

Actually, I heard from an consultant that I have to have consistently at least 30% money of the settlement fund in my account.

Whats your opinion guys?

No, just give photocopy of FDR and certificate from bank. There is high possibility that VO will ask again for the bank certificate again. So, don't liquidate it.

Okay ... actually i forgot to write my full name on the last page of generic form; but i checked the boxes, signed it accordingly and put the date as well; so you think it may be returned back to me after 2/3 months on account of being incomplete?

I have noticed some cases that ECAS have been updated (in process) but DD not encashed. My understanding, ECAS is updated only after deduction.

As DD is guranteed, either for DD, CIO proceeds with update without encashement or CIO encashed it but due to time gap between actual encashment by CIO and the information of deduction passed to issuing Bank from foreign bank, applicant did not get information.

Note that it takes from 3 days to 15 days to get DD encashment process to complete. You are not yet out of the competition. Atleast, 30 (if not 40) DD reporting is in pending out of 52 outstanding case in the spreadsheet.

Follow the document checklist order. After generic, IMM5669, then IMM5562, then IMM008, then IMM5406, then .....

Right. Philippines surpass India from 2009 and trendwise, they will be number one soon. Both China and India are steady.
