Visa stamps

hello everyone,

In the document it is no where mentioned the submit photocopies of visa stamp
But we have to mention city and country in Address, personal history (IMM5669E), and supplementary information your travels(IMM5562E)

Is it ok to send the application without photocopies visa stamps, or is it required to send it?

how do CIC verify the address we have mentioned?

i'm on the verge of sending my application package, please suggest

If you are not staying anymore in that country and you are not choosing that country's visa office for processing, you DONT need to. Its their job to verify those details and they will. Just dont worry about sending those visas.

Just realised after reading this , that I forgot to write my name in native language!! ! Such a stupid mistake!!! :'( my application is already ' out for delivery' !! So cannot recall it!! :'( such bad luck!! Really sad! I am sure my application would come back as incomplete!! Let's hope I can send it again if my noc 1123 is not filled up till then!! Chances are really slim!!

So how do we receive this request? Is it via email or mail? I got my PER on June 04 but haven't received medical report request yet.
