Just realised after reading this , that I forgot to write my name in native language!! ! Such a stupid mistake!!! :'( my application is already ' out for delivery' !! So cannot recall it!! :'( such bad luck!! Really sad! I am sure my application would come back as incomplete!! Let's hope I can send it again if my noc 1123 is not filled up till then!! Chances are really slim!!

Hi,

I have few questions,

As long as I have un-encumbered $14000 in my account, would it not suffice the VO?
How do they know about the list of properties and liabilities that I have unless the liabilities are linked to the account that I show as POF??

Yes. But always keep trail of your original settlement fund.

You don't need to show your proof of assets and liabilities -- it is not mandatory.

I am going to maintain the 14k fund in the account for the next 1 year.

1 more question:

I showed 15k in one account and 3k in one account where in I am required to show 14K. the 3k account is gonna be nill in next few days. But I am still covered under the 15k account. So if VO asks for POF with statements, its ok to show the statements in the first account for 6 months ? Correct?

I will not have anything to show in the 2nd account as it will be nil in next few days. Plz adv

You will be fine....not every applicant have a native name that can be written down...besides,its not an issue and wont be used to deny your application.

You will be fine.
What is important most is to have your family size POF in an/multiple account identified with your name.

On the application form - IMM0008ENU, Question 4 says: Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application.

I just realized that I stated "Centralized Intake Office FSW" instead of the immigration office that serves my country...

Does, anyone know what the implication of this is? Thanks.

No issue as long as you can show minimum fund of yourself. Just note that, in my one account, the fund is nearing zero as I withdrew and invest in Fixed Deposit. So I can now easily account for my the one account. No where, CIC asked to hold the same fund.

Don't worry. They will give you nearest Visa Office.

One more query

As my birth date proof I do not have my Birth certificate hence I was planning to use my 10th Mark Sheet (SSC)as my birthdate proof but i just realized that my middle name in my 10th Marksheet is incorrect.

It is ok if I provide Affidavit as my birth proof and not give my 10th marksheet ?
