Dear friends,

I have received my PER on 13.09.2013. Nothing happened more till now. It means no MR.

Now we got divorced with my husband (I am a main applicant). My ex-husband had no point contribution in my application.
But I stayed alone with 3 children...
I am so afraid now that this fact can negatively influence my application and visa officer may refuse it... It is about economical stabilization in Canada?

What do you all think about it? It costed me so much efforts to complit my app...;(((

It is really shocking news.

Note that, you got PER against your capability and your spouse was dependent.

You should inform your visa office about the incident with the detail documents else it could consture as misrepresentaion. I don't think so, it will affect your case as you are the principal applicant.

I sent Two complete applications for same Noc ( the time frame between these two applications is around 35 Days) because I was doubt about minor mistakes in the first one. both of them have UCI # which I got last year when my application has been returned back


Now, what is the expected Scenario?

1- CIO will check both applications as per date of receive or they will cancel the first application???

I found everything is displaying. Your application was received on 7th May.

Your resubmit with the same ID Maddyphysio; give all the inputs. Duplicate old entry will be removed.

It will gonna FIFO basis; if 1st application is accepted, don't know what will happen.

My suggestion: as soon as you get PER informaton, send courier to withdraw the 2nd application.

How many days/months after my application had been received at CIC, can I see a status message mentioning "Your application was received on XXXXX date" in ECAS?

My application was received today 2nd July 2014. Received by DAVE at 9:21AM Sydney NS time

Wait around 8 to 10 days after your CC/DD get charged.

I think the message just mentioning receiving date appears much sooner than when CC gets charged.

Our divorce is currently in process. But I left my husband country and I am with children in mine now. He found to himself a better way for immigration...an American woman...
I do not want he destroyed my app to Canada as well... I'm waiting for finalizing of my divorce papers in my country. He already divorced me in Islamic Court.

Pls if someone can help me on this matter...what to do in this situation...
