Dear All,

I have two Post Secondary degrees. Once is my Bachelors degree from Pakistan and second is my Masters degree from UK. Unfortunately my Bachelors degree is not listed in WES recognized list so i have decided to go for ICAS. The major issue is that I am in Pakistan and ICAS requirement is to send the transcript/ academic record directly to them by an institution. How can i ask my UK university to send these documents to ICAS. Another issue they also want official record request form to filled by applicant and University as well. As i am in Pakistan so it will take lot of time as i will send my Bachelors degree attested from HEC to them and they will wait for application to be completed once they receive document from my UK university.

Do we need to send ECA report as it is sent by WES? I mean should it be in envelop sent by WES or can we see it and keep it open with other documents?

Yes you can see it and send it separately without envelope.

If I start the entire procedure for applying PR in FSWP 2014, will I be able to make it before the cap fills?
I have to still start my IELTS, ECA and other processes.

Seniors need more information.. The first information required is for which NOC..
Then when is your IELTS Test Date..ECA with WES is now taking time so.. you may not be good for 2171, 2174 and some other HOT NOCs..but offcourse for other NOCs you can make it even after 2-3 months from now..

i sent the application without PCC(Police clearance certificate) as the same can be send lateron. When shall i apply for PCC? May i know the exact procedure bcuz for one of my job i was in Saudi arabia for 9 months. Kindly guide

You can commence your PCC process immediately after you file has been transferred to your visa office(after AOR).

Remove it from the envelope and insert the bare original report (1 original copy) in your package as directed by your document checklist.

Yes two copies will be delivered to you if you selected FSWP ECA

For indian applicants .... REGARDING PCC

There are 2 ways to get pcc :
A) through SP office
B) through passport seva kendra

My experience suggests :

If your passport is issued within a year only then go for passport seva kendra because they dont do verification for passports issued within a year and give pcc same day.
Otherwise its a long verification process.

If passport issued date is more than a year old, better to apply through sp office, atleast you will be saved by going to psk office twice.

Yes ! If you have selected the FSW Package then you will be getting one cover letter for yourself and two original ECA reports .

For now,nobody can give you a definite answer but I believe you will make it depending on your NOC.
Look at it in another way....even if you dont make it,which I doubt,you will have some of those documents ready for the express entry.
I suggest you start your IELTS and ECA evaluation immediately.
My experience is that it may take you up to 3 months to fully get your IELTS and ECA evaluation done...meaning you can submit by early Oct,2014 if you start now.

You will get 2 ECA reports from WES.
You will need another original copy of your IELTS result too....better start the process too.

Well in that case I hope you fall under 2173 as 2174 might be on its way to reach the cap!
