God damn! What's going on??? I received my per on 13.09 2013 and still NOTHING...How long time should we wait??
Even I have no idea wher is my app: Amman or Bucharest cause both VO's do not answer on my enquiry...

What was the exact reason for rejection, if you have retained the letter or remember the wording?



Seemingly, you have two options (in fact 3)

1. Just send the updated form, as you already have UCI (which was also mentioned on the application). Take Oscar7 help (PM him, he has done it although his "addendum" was received after encashment of DD)

2. Try to ask some senior here or a lawyer or google, what is exact definition of rejection and then proceed accordingly, but u may lose 1-2 days in that.

3. Prepare complete application, including originals of IELTS and ECA reports. This is safest bet, but u will lose 2-3 weeks.

But i don't have my original IELTS because last year i didn't got my file back .. so this year i submitted my IELTS copy with last year Rejection mail plus a cover letter explaining the whole scenario and my UCI number too ... as directed on Document checklist form as well as FSW manual
I m planing to refill the from with a cover letter explaining whole thing.

Hi There,

I was just done registration in WES, but i am not sure if that is correct,
my course was Btech from 2001-2005 and i have entered the Year of Award as 2006 in the last dropdown of the credential. Since the degree was given in 2006(usually thats what happens in india).
Now in the application it shows to me, year of graduation as 2006, which actually should be 2005. or am i thinking wrong?
Can anyone please comment on this. I am really tensed, please reply

Just e-mail WES for correction in the application. It is not a big issue. WES certificate will be used for evaluation (giving points) purpose only.

You don't have to worry CIC will correct it for you.

There must be something wrong. You can try emailing CIO at cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca to know you case status.

OK, so lets summarize the whole issue

Fact 1: By mistake you didn't mention that your application has been rejected.

Fact 2: In your cover letter you explained that your application was rejected.

Conclusion: There was no MISREPRESENTATION, only an issue of misunderstanding/type error, which hopefully CIC will correct but to be on a safe side just send them updated form and explain it. You have enough time for both of these packets to be sorted & combined by CIC. Make sure to mention "Additional docs for UCI 0000-0000 app received on 9th June hour:min by xyz" something of this sort to help them in tracing your first packet.

I'm not speculating, I'm merely interpreting the SS2014 data. 8)

But if I should speculate on the global figures I may say that there will be a total of 250ish more global encashments before CIC starts to process May 8th applications.
And half of these encashments will be for 1112 and 2174 NOCs

I found out that my DD was encashed by CIC on the 3rd of June 2014. My PER email came on the 24th. I've updated the spreadsheet accordingly

You send your initial file to NOVA Scotia address (where everybody send theirs too). And in the forms, you chose your Visa office as CPC-Ottawa only if you are going to be in Toronto for another 1 year (legally). If not, chose your home country.
