PLZ SOME EXPERTS ANSWER MY QUERY.PLZ

IM NOC 4011 28TH MAY 2014 APPLICANT. I DIDNT INCLUDE MY CNIC ENGLISH TRANSLATION, SPOUSE bIRTH CERT., AND CHILDREN'S FORM b ENGLISH TRANSLATION.
I HAVE GATHERED ALL THE DOCUMENTS. BUT I WAS GOING THROUGH CIC FAQS AND IT STATED IT WOULD BE A RARE GOOD LUCK IF CIC FIND MY OLDER APPLICATION AND ATTACH ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS WITH IT.
ONE OF VERY NICE FORUM FELLOW SUGGESTED ME TO RESEND THE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT ASAP.

DO U SUGGEST THAT I BETTER RESEND WHOLE APPLICATION PACKAGE AGAIN. BUT IT WILL NOT INCLUDE IELTS ORIGINAL AS ITS ALREADY WITH CIC. I HAVE WES eca one original copy with me so i can send that one.

You can get 2nd original IELTS result if you show your application form / other proof of application to British council / IDP..

You can also make payment and get another copy.

In case you have applied previously to CIC and have UCI number, you can send the documents without original IELTS report also.

Hi,

I have submitted 2 reference letters from both the companies where I worked earlier and from my current company aswell.

I got a A4 size paper got the details filled up and got my manager's signed on that stating that he is my supervisor and etc.

also I have provided my supervisor's details as mail id and phone number.

my Question is does they do the background check? giving them a call? if my supervisor doesnt pick the call what will CIC do??

for my previous company I provided the details of my collegue.

Also I got both the documents attested.

suggest me will there be any issue??

and my second question -

I have submitted 10Lakhs as my PF balance and 4 lakhs as Fixed deposit.

will there be any check by CIC to the banks??or how is that...do I need to keep the fixed deposit as it is? and PF as it is for next couple of years?? until I get my PR in hand??

GMS , u mean i must send whole package again? as per david cohen, if they recieve multiple applications, cc will be charged multiple times too.....and for sure my first application wont make it through...

Hi all,

I know that the express entry system starts from Jan'1-2015. So, if I apply for immigration under FSW class, and my application goes in before reaching the cap, will my case still be processed under current system. Or is there a chance (due to backlog or something else), that they will push my case to the express entry system.
I am assuming that before the cap is reached for this year, I can still apply under the current system.

Also, is there a way where we can check the current number of applications that have been filed. I was looking at the link below, but it seems to be updated on May 4, 2013 rather than this year.

To be enlisted with FSW2014, your application got to be received by 31st December, 2014. They will not push it to 2015-Express system.

May 4, 2013: CIC overlooked this mistake. It will be May 1, 2014 and will remain same till the program last.

I am only giving you various options.. I know making second application may proven costly..

but if you want to avoid all uncertainty, you can go for that.

Sending missing documents only - Advantages:
- You still get consideration for same date in case they can successfully link your second part of document with original application
- You save money

Disadvantages:
- Chances are less that they would track your documents if you do not have UCI number.

Final decision you only can take..

quick query on the following fields in SVR for NOC 3112

Country of medical school: INDIA
Name of medical school:
Degree awarded: Doctor of Medicine or MBBS
Graduation date (YYYY-MM-DD): Is it the exam results announcement date
Diploma issue date (YYYY-MM-DD): is it the date when you are given the degree that is on convocation date?
Your name on the document:
Language of document: English
Primary language of study: English
Academic studies start date (YYYY-MM-DD): This is fairly self explanatory i.e when you got the admission in the college
Academic studies end date (YYYY-MM-DD): is this the exam date or the date when results were announced or after one yr of rural service in short is this the grduation date or date of diploma issue>?

Man, this immigration thing is turning out to be more tedious than I thought it would be.

Regarding my employer giving me letter stating - designation / salary / joining date / etc. (Job duties is going to be another letter on plain paper with my Manager's sign and details.)

I have told HR that I want letter for personal visit (I cannot tell immigration). And now, they say they compulsorily have to enter my leave dates for issuing this letter. I finally convinced them to enter Month instead of exact dates. So now, I am telling them to put October 2014 in the letter.

The line is expected to be something like: "..... His leave is approved for the month of October 2014 for personal visit to Canada."

Is this going to be OK? Any other suggestions?

This is the problem with most of Indian employers.. I will manage my letter from current company (MNC).. but not getting from my previous employer L&T where i worked for 6 yrs..!! Policy paralysis.. Manmohan singh (MMS) Syndrome..
