Both are okay but I strongly suggest you pick International express ($100) option as it will enable you to get your evaluation within one week of its despatch.
Try to go for option 2 if you can afford it.

I am only giving you various options.. I know making second application may proven costly..

but if you want to avoid all uncertainty, you can go for that.

Sending missing documents only - Advantages:
- You still get consideration for same date in case they can successfully link your second part of document with original application
- You save money

Disadvantages:
- Chances are less that they would track your documents if you do not have UCI number.

Final decision you only can take..

I have an idea - why dont you send the application for the second time with the DD in it and close your Credit card?

To be enlisted with FSW2014, your application got to be received by 31st December, 2014. They will not push it to 2015-Express system.

May 4, 2013: CIC overlooked this mistake. It will be May 1, 2014 and will remain same till the program last.

Just a minor correction, FSW2014 ends April 30th 2015 and NOT December 2014. They wrote it on CIC website that there would be an overlap of 4 months between FSW2014 and 2015 Express Entry system. However, they would try to clear as much as possible to reduce the overlap. Bear in mind that most hot NOC's would definitely have been filled b4 December 2014.

As far as I know, if your duties and responsibilities fit either Database analysts or data administrators, you are eligible. Check http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=2172 it has different list of roles and responsibilities.

This is the same page where FSW2013 cap update was given. When last year they start the cap updating, the date was "as of May 4, 2013"; then 2nd update the date was "as of May 4, 2013". At that time, people thought it was wrong. But for all the update, that "as of May 4, 2014" was remained same. In the dictionary, "as of" also meant "from" - CIC actually meant it as "from".

When FSW2014 cap update was given, CIC, I believe, forget to edit it to be "as of May 1, 2014".

Sorry to inform you that it won't be valid, specially if the experience is from Canada and USA, since they have a very well structured system.

@ ewa Just to add to what NOKONIKO said the day it is revealed that you have illegally worked (i.e. worked without authorization) anywhere (especially in any law abiding part of the world) you are no more a law abiding person in CIC's eyes and in a country like Canada your immigration is not welcome at all. You are better off never mentioning this at all. Good luck!

Re: FSW 2014 DHL Courier.

I have used DHL to deliver my application. Its currently in ontario as per the most recent update.

I am wondering how much time will they take to get this delivered at NS from ontario???

At least 3 days after they deliver. DHL do not have on time tracking as they use local courier service. Do not worry. Just keep patience. for my case it has taken 9 days to get the update. I just got the update today morning.
