Hi,

Just found my Client Application Status is showing "In process" and it says "we received your application on May 5th 2014". What does it Mean?! I have not received my PER yet. ???

Guys!

Someone had problems here tracking their DHL mail right, what happened eventually? was the mail delivered. Apparently, DHL updates stopped after day 3 and on calling customer care I found out that it has not even been handed over to the third party yet. Is it lost ?

Don't worry bro, wait for 6 more days. On 4th day your docs would deliver but U will get after another 3 days. DHL do not have on time tracking after application left Ontario.

Any one who got PER with 'TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN' experience/reference letter? as pet kunalap CIC is rejecting this kind of experience letter...

I don't think he means CIC are rejecting because of this letter....He means his employer is refusing to give him a generic "To whom it may concern" for his duties and need a specific entity to address it to...

Sent my application last week. Received yesterday (18th June)by Mike. I have made entry into the FSW 2014 spread sheet. Wait begins for me now!

There is an old entry of mine, admins kindly delete that one!

bro I can understand your situation, I have couple of ways for you if it holds good for your case.
1) Is the employer and address listed in your OPT/CPT from college .
2) You say you had worked on a cash basis, but you also contradict saying working as a self employee with a tax identification number.
I think you must have paid the state and federal taxes and would have filed the return this year.

If you have these documents in place I do not see problem of applying as you have a experience letter from the client.
IF the above 2 do not imply to your case, I would not send any work related documents to Canada (P.S: You are on F2 visa and hope you understand the criticality of the work permits and other disclosures , This is an open forum )

1) and 2) don't apply as ewa was not on F1 but on F2 visa. F2 is dependent visa and so doesn't get OPT/ CPT. An OPT/CPT is meant for the primary student only, if I am correct. ewa is not eligible to apply under FSWP as work was illegal and does not qualify as credible work experience. Canada does not welcome work done illegally, and can't promote that at all.

Who is required to sign..?? Applicant or Spouse..??

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.
