Any one who got PER with 'TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN' experience/reference letter? as pet kunalap CIC is rejecting this kind of experience letter...

Hi, the letter can be addressed to the Review Officer, Centralised Intake Office.

Police verification would be done only where you currently live. Your past addresses are just for records. In-fact at PSK they wouldn't ask you where you lived in the past. Also, if you have got PCC from Bangalore for last year's application, and if you still live in the same address as of last year you might get your PCC without initiating a new police verification for this application. I would suggest you to apply on PassportIndia portal and take a print out of the application without taking an appointment, reach the PSK at 8.30 AM. Once inside, give your passport copy and your residential proof for the current address, they might check their records if there is a police clearance recently on your passport. If the address matches with where it was done for last year, they will issue you the PCC then and there (within 2 or 3 hours).

There is misunderstanding. I think 'kunalap' means that his/her COMPANY is refusing to issue experience letter with 'To Whom it May Concern".
IT IS NOT that CIC is refusing to accept such experience letter.

I am a 5th May applicant applied under NOC 2174. My cc was charged in 29th May but haven't got my PER yet. feeling very tensed :'( . I saw in the Spread sheet that some of the applicants whose CC was charged in 1st and 2nd May under same NOC also haven't received their PER yet. Is this normal? Does CIC sends PER serially or they just send it randomly??? :-\

Why should my office address cic only? Exp. Letter could be used 4 several purposes. I put my exp. Letter infront of me to reconfirm. Thanks.

this is the relative in Canada (5 points) related one. That relative's employer giving letter stating the person is working and employed with them in Canada.
They are refusing "to whom so ever it may concern".

so what is the exact name they should refer to? "Centralised Intake Office"? Address? Or any other detail?

I notice that the new generic form has been posted and now is solved for printing issue. However, I have already sent out my application forms to the Canadian lawyer for review and they are ready to send out the package to CIC in few days time after review and sign.

Would that be a problem if I am still using the old form but guarantee it will be delivered to CIC before July 1? Or I need to update the form and sign again and courier to my Canadian lawyer for submission?

Will there be a period that both old & new form accepted? I am afraid even it's allowed now, by the time they review my package it's already mid July or after and they will consider my form outdated and got rejected.

Why they will use the term "July 2014" if the form is uploaded in June 2014? Does that mean they allow a period of acceptance till it's actually effective in July 1st?

Buddy....If you are so sure that your Canadian lawyer can not finish reviewing your documents before this weekend for you to send it in the next 4 or 5 days....its better to recall it back and use new form.
There will be like 2 weeks grace till end of the month.....but if your application is gonna reach CIC by mid july and you have used the old form,your package may be returned to you since you have taken their upgraded form for granted.
I suggest you get your document back from your lawyer,use the new form before returning it back to them.
This way.....even if they submit by July ending,you will be safe.
On a lighter note....why would they take almost 4 months to examine your package ;D ;D ;D

Dude, to answer such queries, the forum members keep requesting people to enter data in spreadsheet. seems you were a silent observer thus far, but now when you have question you appered here. Precisely, to answer such questions with less degree of error, we need all silent visitors to register their details in Spreadsheet.

I am on the borderline due to currency fluctuations as per yesterday's rate, although my application reached on 16May.

How do you know that they are rejecting To whom it may concern. I don't think anyone in this group got a rejection as of now ...
I have provided employment proof letter as To whom it may concern only

arre boss, i was referring to employer letter from the relative who is in CANADA for the 5 points i can get. my relative's employer is refusing to issue letter stating "to whom so ever it concerns".

so everyone can relax. there is misunderstanding here. thats all.
