I didnt find any 9"x12" envelope.

How can I send my application?

Should I print the address of CIC on the envelope?

In my view his noc is same and preparing for apply with 2174.Bw he want create confusion here so that some ppl may fall in the trap or keep pending their files. By the time his application will reach cio.

All my Convocation certificate and Marksheets have old university name.

My WES is done successfull. I have my ECA, which holds new university name.

Will change in university name impact CIC or they will look at ECA report. Do I need to send them additional documents stating my change in university name.

My spouse, had similar issue. Though she is not the PA. In our cover letter we explained the issue and mentioned wikipedia URL as well as university's URL. Both places they have metnioned the old and new name. HTH!!

Hmmm tricky one that. ..I believe since WES has recognized the degree then it's all OK...but including a cover letter with your application that explains this name change won't hurt...but don't go into too much details or obtain additional documents that would just waste time in my opinion. ...best of luck
