Ya you are absolutely right, I post my application by DHL Yesterday morning, is now showing in HONG KONG. Hard time to wait. It was faster before when I sent my docs to WED. Do not know what is happening this time. Seems file is not moving......

Friends, I do not intend to create havoc/panic. thought this info will be helpful to people yet to choose between 2173 and 2174. I was confused about that as well but went ahead with 2174

In my view his noc is same and preparing for apply with 2174.Bw he want create confusion here so that some ppl may fall in the trap or keep pending their files. By the time his application will reach cio.
