DEAR FRIENDS MY FRIEND JUST GOT A MAIL, ALL APPLICATIONS UNDER FSW APPLIED AFTER JULY 2014 (UNDER PROCESS NO PAYMENT CHARGED YET) ARE TRASFERRED TO NEW EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM, INCLUDING HIS APPLICATION, HE RECEIVED MAIL FROM CIC THROUGH HIS AGENT. NOW HE NEED TO APPLY FRESH FROM START ..

It is not possible... CIC has never given any such instructions...
There is every possibility that the agent is mischievous and trying to befool you... The application might got rejected due to his wrongdoing therefore he is trying to cover up his inaction....
OR he had not applied to CIC and pocketed the money...
Ask him to show the original mail...... If there is anything wrong, file an FIR against him...

I did my medicals 70 days ago and I still haven't got a 3rd line. No one's replying to my emails either.
I sent the Medical Info Sheets. Is a wait this long normal or does this mean something's wrong?

I appreciate your help.

Hi All Waiting Applicants,

Application process for PR Visa, and passing through all stages, is actually exam of your Patience and when PR visa is stamped on your passport and you look back to your efforts during all past months of applying for IETLS, documents required for ECA, medicals, PPR etc. and other relevant documents and application forms and then only you got PR visa stamped on your passport and by recalling all those days you can read your PR Visa as under:-

PR = Patience Recognized

Therefore those who are waiting should keep their patience at highest level in order to get their PR (their Patience Recognized). Otherwise it will not be recognized (NER).

I have sent some updated documents to CPC-Ottawa on Thursday (29 Jan) on CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca . As they mention on the website, I should receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours.

Website quotes:
After you have sent your e-mail, you will receive an automatic message acknowledging that we have received your question. This message will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered. If you do not receive this message within 24 hours, then it may be in your junk mail box or you may have entered your email address incorrectly.


But I did not receive anything. I checked many times email address. It is not wrong and it is not in the Junk mail box too. I actually did cc to myself. Does it make any difference for not getting confirmation? How long usually do it take? Is there any problem if I mail documents too?

could you please share if there are members of forum with more than 20 days of second line update and no Medicals yet. Is it normal in case of NDVO. What percent of people are getting medicals in a week from second line? Majority or they are in minority. Is it normal for NDVO to take 3 weeks or more after second line to update Medicals. Could you guys with this kind of timeline of more than 3 weeks after second line update and still waiting for Medicals share their timeline or experience if these people are subject to physical or telephonic verification or interview? Please Guys share your experience if 3 weeks after second line and still no medicals is normal with NDVO.

That was the amount i sent to india in small portions for doing some investment . My grandfather is an ex assistant genral manager of SBI ,and he has good knowledge on investments. So he helped me out in investing the money. since i needed the money to be shown in an account for the proof of funds, he had deposited the money i sent for investment into my account.
Im thinking to write the same thing as the explanation for the proof of funds. Also, have a letter from my grandmother that she had deposited the money into my account

Will that be sufficient

You are right; you do not have to go for an interview. You need to pay the RPRF Fees, get your medicals done submit your PCC for each of the country they have requested for.

What I understand is that you must have shown fixed deposits of high amounts as proof of your funds and now they are interested to know the source of those funds. It could be due to your salary saving, inheritance, business, property sale or anything else.

You would need to prove that you have the funds shown through a legitimate source.

I think this must have been a reject app email and the recommendation from CIC would be to resubmit the revisited app or attempt a fresh start under the new EE process.
There hasn't been any Ministerial Instructions on moving applications to EE so a massive application migration like what you mentioned may not be possible.

With me , i have 2 accounts linked and a forwarder sent on the one which I gave them. YES, I used the email which is in their list. I received PER on that email.

App reached CIC - 8-May-2014
CC charged - 8-Jul-2014 ---> Exactly 2 months
PER - 13-Aug-2014 ----> 1 month and 5 days
MR/RPRF mail received from NDVO - 19-Sep-2014 --> 1 month and 6 days
Med done - 22-Sep-2014
MR receipt, RPRF receipt sent to NDVO - 22-Sep-2014 (Note: RPRF paid online using credit card)
ECAS status updated to "Medicals have been received" - 22-Oct-2014 ---> exactly 1 month
ECAS status updated to "Decision Made" - 22-Dec-2014 ----> exactly 2 months
PPR mail from NDVO - 20-Jan-2015 ---> exactly 1 month
Passport returned with visa ----> exactly 1 week

I want to get my medicals done before the actual medicals come to make sure everything is in order. Can you please tell me what tests should i opt for as laboratory person do not know anything. Just saying routine blood, urine test confuses them more as they have seperate packages. They do know what tests are reqd for PR Canada. Can somebody help?
