For me the most exciting about the bill is removal of "intend to live" (current law shrinks from being globalization) and of course children's right to apply for citizenship.

I think HoC accepts the bill with amendments. Bill still has major things plus some good things.

You are correct. If bill gets passed from HoC and became a law :), which is most likely. But starting date is a big debate point. Minister said that he would implement as soon as possible. Let's see.
