You are Not hiding anything relevant from them... No where in any of the Forms CIC has asked a ques : "Do you or have you ever watch pondy @ #$% ? " Neither it is a criteria for Ineligibility

So, enjoying watching it online as much as u like..in full privacy Caution: don't use CC on those sites, it can get compromised if you paying fees by CC 8)

No I am not hiding anything whatsoever! From day 1 on this forum I have been encouraging people to be honest, complete and accurate.

What I mean is are they looking to invade my privacy. Things they haven't asked for on the checklist. I expect them to run criminal checks, background checks and so on. That doesn't bother me. If they are going to listen in on my phone calls and read my e-mails to my family, that would bother me. Not because I am hiding something relevant from them, but who wants strangers knowing all your private details?

I am not trying to hide anything but I write private e-mails to my friends and family and I would not like anyone to be reading those. Or maybe I have looked at the occasional dirty picture on the internet...

I need help regarding the bank inquiry issue by CIC.

01. How long do I need to keep the money?

02. Do I need to do day to day transaction if it is a saving account? or they will only see the balance, not the transaction!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

1. Your local VO may ask for updated proof of funds at any time during the application process. It is suggested to have those funds available throughout. Remember that settlement funds must be your own money (or your spouse's) and cannot be borrowed.

2. The local VO might ask for detailed records. For the initial application, a statement is sufficient.

For married guys like me with kids....if I am the principal applicant do I have to send spouse's documents like education as I can't see that in checklist or M I missing something? Do I need to apply just ECA and degree certificates of mine only and none of educational document of my wife? So Guys help me out with this too. Do I need to submit any docs for my kids apart from BC and passport...... like education docs stc. If I can understand its fro kids above 22 mine are 6-7 years old. Thanks

Educational documents are required to submit only for princiapl applicant; your spouse or other dependents are not required.

6 copies of photos of your kids is required.

I gave the photo copies of the marksheet and an envelope, along with the originals to the controller of exams in the University and they return them as transcripts with the marksheet sealed and signed by the controller of exams and enclosed them inside the envelope with sign and university seal.This was something I got it done 4 years ago and WES accepted it for me.Nonetheless, they do charge for this service.

So did you send your original marksheets in the envelope too? Or just signed photocopies? Also, which university?

Hi Guys,

WES didn't accept the transcripts that I sent and asked for them again. I am from India. I got the photocopies notarized by the Registrar and then they put them in the sealed envelope and handed it to me. I then sent it to WES. When I log into my account and check the status it says "University-Issued Mark Sheet To be sent directly to WES in the manner specified for this country". But, in the letter I received they mentioned there are two ways and #2 is what I did. So, how exactly am I supposed to send the transcripts? The site says one thing and letter says another.

I would like to know from the Applicants from India - how did you send your transcripts? Have they been accepted by WES?

You need to get the certificates as mentioned in WES site for INDIA NO need to worry to get notarized as long as they are in English. But your university should prepare and give it to you after sealing it. (If they are ready to post they can do). To be safe you can collect it and send to WES.
