Hope, whatever days we are discussing are from the date of medicals received. Is it right?

Bro the issue is till now the process was mostly FIFO...now its so random that any kind of average does not make sense...

As far as my observations go..the avg time for people who have received PPR is around 90 days... But the fact that there are so many people with more than 120 days now waiting for PPR just makes the aforesaid average very very unrelevant

I've just received my PER email which indicates that the D.D had been cleared on 29 Dec, 2014 although the bank stated that the clearance was on 2 Jan, 2015 . However, the Visa Office is not mentioned.
My Application Details:
File received : 22 Oct, 2014
Noc: 3112

Saw someone yesterday posted that he saw an update on his eCAS with the line Decision Made. Though he has yet to received an MR.

This looks adverse is it? What could have been the issue on his BGC or security verification? From what i understand, normally VO's sends request for any additional docs or updates to support his file. A chance to be given..

Does this mean it's end of the line? without any notification whatsoever?

If i remember clearly, his from NDVO 2nd June applicant. Any updates on his case..?

It strikes me that they are referring to the FSW file. According to OB relevant to 2014 MIs, CIC can cancel the file based on substituted negative determination of eligibility (CIIP participation is based on some sort of informed and ongoing consent, which may mention the obligations of the applicant, and the consequences for not meeting them). It might be difficult to explain that both the applicant and the spouse had medical emergencies at the same day.
