That is great to hear! I've applied under the NOC 1114 as a Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer (worked for 12 years in this field here in LA). Although I stopped working in this field a couple years back (due to the company closing), all my docs etc. are in order (so it makes me feel better now that they've at least initially confirmed my eligibility).

I'm a full time student now studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC, Berkeley. I was just a bit worried if this might become an issue, since it is not related to my work, but as I have correctly stated everything on my app, they seem to have no problem with it. I also indicated on the app that my "intended" occupation in Canada might be either 'Electrical Engineer' or 'Mortgage Broker'.

Now I guess the waiting game begins! :D .....I graduate this May 2015. So as long as they don't make me leave the US before that I'm fine! :D

at this stage, I don't think there will be any PPR rain from NDVO. Still lets hope the speed may increase somehow from Feb.

No AOR from NDVO. You will receive MR after you will get your second line updated on ECAS

NDVO does not issue AOR now a days.

Upon successfull completion of your BGC, you will receive MR, RPRF and PCC request which takes around 45-60 days after PER...

Not sure buddy, just guess looking at the working speed of NDVO and lack of FIFO. However, lets hope for the best.

Applicants who have been issued PPRs (NDVO) recently , how much time it took for them to get PPR ??

Someone wrote in this forum that it takes around 70-90 avg. days from date of MEDICAL issued. Is it true?

If anybody has idea about this...

Bro the issue is till now the process was mostly FIFO...now its so random that any kind of average does not make sense...

As far as my observations go..the avg time for people who have received PPR is around 90 days... But the fact that there are so many people with more than 120 days now waiting for PPR just makes the aforesaid average very very unrelevant
