What is the time between PER recieved and AOR for NDVO currently?? When should expect AOR from NDVO as mine per date 12 JAN.

NDVO do not issue AOR, wait for appr of further 2 months for MR

I am in usa from last 4 months till the time of medical received it will be less then 6 months. . So need for fbi... but till the time of ppr 6+months... can ndvo demand fbi that time?

Nope not really, but I am actually surprised that from security to stamping will be done within 3 weeks of interview. I wasn't expecting PPR for next 1 month.
