Hey all!

By the looks of it, the NOC that I was applying for seems to be capped. Such a bummer.

Anyway, I was wondering if the unopened applications would be returned. I tried looking online but didn't get any definitive answer. Anyone has any ideas?

Did you apply already? If not, you anyways have to apply for EE. If you applied already, you just have to wait until your package or PER email comes.

I worked in private company (XYZ) till june 2014, and in backround declaration i have mentioned my activities till june 2014 in which i have showed job in this private company (XYZ) but at the same time in generic form, i have written i am trainee, and there was no name of company mentioned in form. the reason for not writing abt post of trainee in activities of backround declration form was that at the time of submission i just joined the new company and i have submitted this form in first half of july 2014, now tell me still i need to send details of new company to LVO?

I got PER on 21st of October. Still no 2nd line update. Should I wait bit more or submit a Case Specific Enquiry?

Seems like "current" average between PER and MR for LVO is 97 days. (by looking at the status of Goodwork#, ICEEEEEEEE85, Canadian2014, CPHT).

My credit card is Double Secured with VISA.. means it requires another password pin if I do only shopping from any website.. ONLINE SHOPPING.
But I do direct transaction at any merchant physical site like a hotel then it does not ask for Double secure.
So now im worried what if CIC charger my Card online and fail to do so..
Can anyone tell me please..

Yeah they will send your entire package back and it may take couple of months. But as everybody else suggested, you should start preparing for EE asap (especially if you have not been charged).

Hi all,

While filling up the fsw form, In the address details I forgot to mention 2 months of stay while I was out of my residential place on training in another city. However, I used to return to my home every weekend during that time period.
I have already received my PER as on 27th November. Please advise how to rectify this or should I wait for NDVO to ask for updated forms and then add up this detail.

Seniors please advise. Second line update has not happened yet for me.

don't worry, CIC do not get authentication issues as they have your written authorisation. i had the same doubt for my Amex card but it was charged without any authentication issue.

Hey guys, this might be asked before, but what happened to CIC caps status page ? After launching of the new program (Express Entry) the link has been changed or been redirected to a new address (Skilled immigrants (Express Entry)).

Anybody knows if the information still exists ? How can we know if a NOC has reached it's cap?

It has been removed.

You have to track the spreadsheet. If you find a certain NOC is not being charged after a certain date but others are being charged, then you need to assume that that certain NOC has been capped.

Hey but double secure is a service like.. I have my own password.. meaning if CIC do transaction like shopping for it. they will be redirected to another page asking for double secure password.. which CIC don't have ... Are you sure they will charge it as a merchant.. and not as some user doing online shopping..

Gosh... I wish I had read your post few minutes ago! I have already sent out a CSE following GrantM's post.

In British English, bit = quiet a bit which means a lot basically! ;D Anyway, I can't recall my CSE now so I've to wait a bit for their reply

My second line update says "We started processing your application on December 16, 2014". But havent received my MR still.

I am a 14th July applicant.

Can anyone highlight what exactly happens between Second Line Update and the MR?

Checked status online. It shows in process

I clicked on " in process ", it shows we have received your application on 3 Oct 2014.

No PER yet.

Is it a good sign ?
