Sadly, there are May applicants too who are stuck at the same stage
and all these are having full eligibility. hope all the people get positive further processing

Mostafap, which number you called CIC for your UCI number.

I tried many times but failed. They refused to give any information.

0016139444000 Options 11111311. Call will be transferred to agent eventually. Only ask for UCI number. Nothing else. When you were charged? If you get it, please check ECAS and update. Thanks

PER Received - 07 January 2015.

NOC - 0911.

By the looks of it, the NOC that I was applying for seems to be capped. Such a bummer.

Anyway, I was wondering if the unopened applications would be returned. I tried looking online but didn't get any definitive answer. Anyone has any ideas?

I am October 16th applicant in 2173 NOC. waiting for fee to be charged.

I checked the spreadsheet and the latest charge seems to be from August applications.

Is that really the case that no applications after August for 2173 has been charged?

Also the spreadsheet CAP filled estimate tab says that the NOC is estimated to fill up in August.

Does this mean that cap is full and no applications post August will be processed. A Bit confused :-[ myself with the question

I am an August applicant, and yes mine was not charged. Kind of sad considering that I was delayed by WES goofups. Oh well. Time to look forward, eh?

I got PER on the 28th of October. Sent a CSE today. I have come to hear of some instances where the VO has sent MR but it hasn't been received.

Thanks, I've just sent a CSE with following text:

Dear Sir / Madam

I am contacting your office to enquire status of my FSW Program application.

It has come to my attention from Online Community Forum of FSWP applicants that some applicants were sent MR via email but somehow email got bounced or something other issue happened which meant that CIC was waiting for Medical Exam results and applicant was waiting for Medical Exam Request.

In addition, I have noticed that some of the applicants who received positive eligibility review after I did from London Visa office have already received Medical Exam Request. I don't want same to happen to me so I would like to request an update on the status of my application.

If Medical Exam Request has already been sent as of 07/January/2015 then I have not received it. Requesting you to resend it.
