This is with reference to my Immigration application under the Federal Skilled Worker program (NOC 2171) dated 24-May-2014. My app got delivered on 28th May 2014. Along with my aforesaid Immigration application, I had included Fee Payment Form for payment of CAD 1,100 towards application for Permanent Residence. My credit card details that were entered in the aforesaid fee payment form have been compromised and hence, Bank of America has blocked my credit card.

What should I do in this situation? Please advise.

I already tried to contact Bank of America and they said that they cannot do anything as there was a compromise in credit card information & hence it had to be blocked and the payment will not go through if CIC tries it. I tried to give them various options like: keep an exact amount of CAD 1,100 open or keep the CIC merchant open but to no avail.

Please guide me in this situation what should I do!! An early response would be highly appreciated

If your bank ain't ready to do anything to remedy the situation.....it's sure your submitted application Like
Package will be returnedbecause of payment issues.
The realistic option is to quickly get another application package together within a week and send......this time,don't use any credit card for payment......use DD as its the safest mode of payment.
How fast can you get a second copy of your original IELTS result....because you need original.
How soon can you get another original ECA copy because you need original too for your application.
Once you have these two original documents in place,you can send another application package.
Like i advice.....use DD for this second application package.

I received my WES report and its enclosed in an envelope. My question is if I need to send the enclosed envelope (as received by WES) to CIC or can I open the envelope

Remove your ECA report from the envelope that WES sent to you.
You are meant to include the original ECA with your application package and not the envelope with your application package.
Remove it.

As it is now,we just have to hope and pray for the best.
Personally ,I believe you will still meet the 1000 cap.You must understand that you must get everything in place.
Your wife's IELTS result will be needed for another application package so i suggest you start making plans to apply for a second original copy of her IELTS result now.Also,her original ECA report for her Msc degree well also be needed.
Other than these 2 original documents,i believe others are not hard to come by.PCC is also to be original if you are including it.
Which location are you as I'm surprised you could not get everything date for your IELTS test in June,2014.

Also, you must have received two copies. One is for you to keep. Send another one with your application.

I wonder if I should wait until notification from CIC before I apply for police clearances. I submitted my application on 11 May, though was, told the chance of getting into quota is slim. I need police clearances from Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, UAE, USA, Japan and Taiwan. I can only get my USA police clearance at the end of July. Would be too late? Thanks.

Your academics certificate can not give further points.
Only your IELTS in this circumstance will give you the five points.

Wait until you get PERS notification or probably AOR .
You will be asked for PCC around your medicals period .

In FSW 2013 sheet, I don't see any "File Transferred to Local VO" date for CPP-O (named CPC-O this year) cases. Does that mean CPC-O applications are checked by CIC and they only send Medical Requests? What is the role of CPC-O in these. Please clarify.
