Fortune and my Medical:

Since it was taking too long to get any email/response from SG after my second line addition (9th Oct 14), I have applied for GCMS report on 18th Nov. I rcvd the report one month later...Since I am moving it took two days to read the email....

[size=13pt]And then what I have seen on the GCMS report ( @ correspondence section ) - They have sent me Medical Request on 20th Oct 14 with below docs:

1. Medical Attachment for me and spouse
2. PCC for BD and FBI report
3. Photo
4. Updated Employment letter from HR dept
5. Right of Permanent Residence Fee

They had given 60 days for all of this formalities.Whole body of the emails is written GCMS report (with all other correspondences like PER/AOR etc.).

So I have already crossed that time frame.

After that I have sent an email to SG referring to this GCMS report's email and informed them that I have not rcvd any email communication from them. They have sent me an email immediately with Medical attachment and instruction. This time they have given me 30 days and mentioned that they will refuse my application otherewise.


So after waiting of 20 months I have finally received Medical request (without receiving any prior doc req from them).

Hi All,

I have come across weird issue. I applied for FSW 2014 under 1123, and I checked my file status using old UCI no. and found that the file is in process. However, my immigration agent have not received any email yet.

I have a friend who applied under same category one month after me and he received PER email last night. I again contacted my immigration agent and still he said that he have not received any email from CIC.

Can someone please shed light on this issue?

The same situation as you.
Received Sept.12, charged Nov. 27, in process on track system, also waiting for PER.
Be patient, before new year coming, we will get PER.

Hi All

I jus got to know from a person who went to canada 2 years back under this FSW program only that after the PER, the VO /CIC sends confirmation mail to the HR of the company attaching the scanned copy of the job experience letter to confirm whether the same is being done by the perspn.


Please please anyone who has received MR request this year, anyone has received scanned letter in their office? Please confirm..

I'm not sure my HR will confirm & I'm even more perplexed if I'll be informed.

Anybody knows anything about this?

We got to know our Medicals Results from Hospital Doctor 18th Dec and My Spouse and My Son Medicals are all fine and clear, but for PA thats Me they found some abnormality in the X Ray and they have already uploaded the same results to CHC on18th itself and as per the Doctor CHC might come back with Remedicals Request and so we consulted the same Doctor and she informed for sure that CHC will request for Remedicals and since the doctor is aware what tests to be done she asked us to start the tests immediately as it would take 6 Weeks for them to give the results and due to this we would save lot of time and we have already started test from 19th and we might get results by 30th Jan 2015 and as per Preliminary Results Nothing is Detected(Negative) now how will affect our PR Process as i am really Worried and Usually how long would it take for CHC to send Remedical Request

Mis-representation or Manipulation of any sorts of information related to the application

probably more; seniors might shed some light.

If one is extremely unlucky, CIC can as simply as suspend the processing citing #any reason. I believe something of this sort happened with the backlog before 2013, I really hope that doesn't happen.

1. Mode of sending; courier / postal?
2. How does the visa office send the passport back? (Should we send the return charges or we arrange the return through courier?)
3. Address to send the passport?

My hubby is not around so I will have to figure out this time. ???

Hello Guys,

With extreme pleasure and immense respect to this forum I would like to inform that I have received PPR on Dec 23.

My ECAS status was updated to Decision Made on 18th Dec'14 and it took them 4 working days to send me PPR Mail....I was bit tensed till this date.

My NoC is 2133 and VO is NDVO

I am extremely grateful to seniors like Ashifee..(Creator of this forum), Palakpatel, Diplomat,CanoI and many others....

+1 to all of you... I am Newbie so my +1 will not help but my wishes will definitely.

Now comes real part .... struggle in Canada to find place among new society and country...hope everything goes fine....

Once again ...best wishes to all you wonderful people out there... May Santa ....gifts everyone with PER/MR/PPR/Visas and Jobs in canada...

I have updated SS with my timeline....

I am 3rd September applicant under NOC 0111. I am worried as I have not received any communication from CIC till date. I am waiting for my PER since my charge date which is 26th Nov. I observe that applicants under same NOC with same timeline have got their PER. But not me.......Wait is killing me. Could anybody here share some inputs?

I have a question about the timelines. How long does it take for the PER mail after CC charged. I asked my consultant and tried looking at this forum too but there is no uniform reply.

Please, senior members, please advise on following.
1. Average time for issuance of PER.
2. Will CIC send me the mail directly or it will they send it to my agent.
3. Am I within normal range.
4. How do I find out my UCI number and how to log onto the ECAS system.
