I read in the forum that we receive passport and COPR. How do we receive COPR? Is it via email or along with passports?

Hi - I sent my passports on 30th Dec 2014 Today I received an email from VFS that NDVO Visa office dispatched from Visa office. Its not even a week now. :-X I see in SS that it takes 10-15 days.

I sent without PO box through blue dart courier and they received it.

I believe yes, if the child has been mentioned as your dependent while your filing. This applies even if your dependent not accompanying you. If there is a change in your dependent due to any unforeseen circumstances, you need to inform the VO. My thoughts and yes, as per CIC guidelines.
