Hi idefix, Diplomatru or any other member that could be awake now.
Earlier today I got my 3rd line updated: Medicals have been received.
It was my believe that this line meant that they received the medicals, check it and everything was ok. But yesterday I wrote to Mexico City VO an enquiry about the status of my application and today I got the answer. In one line of the email they wrote: ...the results will be valid until December 16, 2015.
I am confused because I thought medicals were valid from the date they were taken, in my case October 25th.
Any ideas what's the meaning of December 16? Medicals are ok, medicals received....?

AFAIK, Medicals Received means medical approved by the CIC yes, everything validated and ready to go. You are only missing PPR and DM

To me it should mean October 25th as well for the validity of your medicals. Don't know why they would say December 16th 2015...

I think it is safe to submit multiple applications under the same NOC. I had this same doubt and did some research till I found an answer in the operation manual :

"because the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) does not prohibit multiple applications. Prior to finalizing either application, the visa office will advise the applicant that the second application has to be withdrawn for the visa to be issued; visas must not be issued for one file while the second remains open and in process"

Nobody is sure of this yet.

2nd column: "Completeness Check only" + "Completeness Check + Charged"

Received my PER on 28 Oct 2014 but I haven't received any communication after that.

anyone can help how many days they take for further process?

I would not say that. The cap was updated a couple of days ago, yet applicants were being charged the last two days so 2nd column could be applicants who have not yet been charged.

That's what I mean. Second column is composed of both only "Completeness Check" and "Completeness Check + Charge". I'll update my post.
