I think it is safe to submit multiple applications under the same NOC. I had this same doubt and did some research till I found an answer in the operation manual :blackcap99 said:Dear Diplomatru,
Could you please provide some reference about the policy or can you please elaborate little bit more. I sent my app under NOC 2131, it was received at CIO on September 30, 2014 and my DC got charged on December 14, 2014 and still no PER. So I was thinking if I send another application under same NOC 2131 by incorporating some missing things then it would be bit safer because (God Forbid) if I receive NER for first app then I will not have any time to apply under current FSW Program.
