Dear Diplomatru,

Could you please provide some reference about the policy or can you please elaborate little bit more. I sent my app under NOC 2131, it was received at CIO on September 30, 2014 and my DC got charged on December 14, 2014 and still no PER. So I was thinking if I send another application under same NOC 2131 by incorporating some missing things then it would be bit safer because (God Forbid) if I receive NER for first app then I will not have any time to apply under current FSW Program. You expert opinion will be highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance

As per Canadian education equivalency your education is Bachelor degree( 4 years)
you will get 21 points.

Do not believe those people. CIC website clearly says that if you have AT LEAST one year of experience in one of the occupations of the list you are eligible.
A lot of people told me before I knew about this forum that having 67 pass mark will not be enough at the eyes of the officer at the VO....

Exactly, i've also come across to same scenario.
I know my IELTS bands will carry 19, Education by WES is 21, Age 12, work 1yr 9 points total 61. In addition wife's ielts 5 and here come 66 then I had letter from her elder brother which allows me to get 5 though i was 1 points short.

Why people suggest to apply with more points still i can not get...!!! If i could have get 1 points more in ielts i may not request mybbro in law to write up a letter...

Hi guys,
I have yet to apply for police clearance letter from US (FBI). It says 3 months.
I received my PER on 16th November but ECAS status still shows first line and my London VO hasn't sent AOR yet. How much time will the VO give me when they request for PCC?

A letter from a brother? Ok, I don't know what a person must show for getting points for relative in Canada but I am not sure just a letter will be enough...
I think the best way of getting points for this is to show proof of Residence in Canada from that person and Proof of Relation with your wife. But wait for other member to shed some light on this.
Anyway, forget what people that have no idea about this process says, most of them are trying to help but they can lead you to make mistakes.

this means the sum of the two tabs is counted towards the total cap of the NOC

Received PER email today finally after a long wait. I take this opportunity to thank all members of this forum who help others selflessly spending own valuable time. Their posts really helped me a lot on various issues related to FSWP. Also wishing all the very best, who are waiting for the CC/DD charge, PER, MR and the Passport Request.
