My application is already with CIC but I intend to send another application (with a Demand Draft and Reference Letters which were missed in first application). Would CIC be OK having two applications in the same NOC by the same applicant? Can they reject application based on duplication? please advise.

You have to withdraw the first one. They have a policy on that.

Is Sat and Sun holidays for NDVO ?

2) No, its off for them on weekends.
