Hi everyone,

I was gathering all the necessary documents for FSW, the last thing I am waiting is my CELPIP language results, which I might get only on December 30. Could anyone advise me what to do, should I send all my documents without language test results, and send these results later (will my application be registered as received before January 1, and I can resubmit missing documents later), or it is better to send everything on 30 of December, which means that they should receive my application on 31 of December (I live in Toronto right now).

Just to ask you that i have my old UCI number since september 2010 and i have applied again on 26th Sep 2014.

Now yesterday i called CIC and they ask me some my details and confirmed my UCI which is same however after talking to that lady i found that they have updated my new email id on 24 November 2014 which i have given in my latest application sent on 26 september 2014...

Initially it was yahoo and currently it is ymail...

So what could be the outcome of the above incidence...

please share your opinion...

DD Encashed - 23rd Nov (29 Nov as per Bank)
PER - 13 Dec

How much time MR will take? Pls suggest next steps...

Yes, he had the same issue - they made two attempts straight and then went silent. He was freaking out for sometime in the thread and then disappeared. I am unaware if he got CCC eventually. AFAIU, they have some instruction that urges them to try charging three times, so I am not sure why they would stop following it all of a sudden. I would say, that they postponed the third attempt to make sure that you have substantial time to address the problem with the bank.

If you are shipping from Canada (which you do, since you have taken CELPIP that is not available overseas), overnight courier will deliver your file on Dec. 31. So why are you concerned?

nothing you can see ur ecas update with the same old uci and the future correspondence from cic and local vo would be throgh your updated email like per and mr and so on

Your CC charge was tried twice within a short span of time. To my mind, this should count as one attempt, if they are issued guidelines to make 3 attempts atleast. I have noticed CIC trying three times with each attempt separated exactly by 7 days. So, keep hope.

Second: Reply back to the email with subject line as "Urgent Attention: Natasha, Agent # 3445". and send your request giving your Name, Date of Birth, Passport no., date of application, etc.
