Yes brother,

Some of FSW14 applicants (May1,2) has already been charged...

Just check the spreadsheet:

http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Spreadsheet

From the spreadsheet its only May 1st folks have been charged? Is that right??

@snowrain

Did u listed several NOC's in 12.a or 12.b

If you listed several in 12.b but ONLY ONE in 12.a YOU ARE GOOD to GO.

But mostly applications with more than one NOC in 12.a get rejected. The proof is list of last year rejection reasons. However, only few (1 or may 2) applicants have reported that reviwer/VO crossed out all but one NOC and accepted the application.

Hi, you literally just killed me since we sent one application with several NOCs listed. Where did you find the proof of that?

Guys i want to know one thing.........i am about to apply FSW as i am waiting my ECA report.........i want to know that if i apply for visitors visa as we have a marriage in family in JULY..........so if i get visitor visa.......will that affect my FSW visa?

@atharabbas

Correct, however, i would have mentioned it from start of my MCS rather than June 2004. See, its must to provide info from June 2004 onwards (if you sign it on or after 1st June otherwise from May 2004) but there is no harm in starting from Initiation Period of the activity which you were doing in May/June 2004.

Thanks Shah. You are always spot on!

for last 10 years = June 2004 - June 2014

Is this correct to mention as below the starting period, remaining period is job that I have filled.

June 2004 - Dec 2004 = Studying (completing MCS last 6 months)
Jan 2005 - Feb 2005 = "Unemployed" OR "waiting for result" OR "Unemployed - Job Searching"

Yes, you are right. However, there is one forum member, whose file received on 2nd may, reported to be charged.

No, visitor visa will not affect FSW visa. At worst case, it could be other way round ;) ;).

Hi Seniors. Please help me to understand occupation field in Economic classes form. When listing my occupations in last 10 years (12b), Do I've to write occupation such as "Key Accounts Executive" along with Occupation NOC 1123 OR I've to write "Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations"

Also would appreciate if you can give abbreviation of "Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations" which can fit in the 12a field.

Thanks & Warm Regards

Aman !

Just put your BC under the carpet....better provide 10th Marksheet (if it is proper with parent/s name , dob , english etc). Else provide an Affidavit from your parent :)

Need some help seniors!!

My birthdate, name and father's name are all wrong in my date of birth certificate. Is there a work around to this problem?

so what you suggest me........should i try for visitor visa?

Definitely. I suggest you applied for visitor visa first then PR. One of the important criteria for visitor visa is that the applicant must have intention to come back. But if you apply PR first, then the Officer might think, if you are given visitor visa, you might not come back. But note that if you want to apply in hot NOCs, apply now for PR.

Above are my personal opinion only and could be wrong. You may ask other members too.

Hello All,

Can anybody pen down the process for applying for NOC 3112 general physician.
I specifically want some advice on how to get the credentials validated duration for the same, cause i have ECFMG validated and what difference does ECFMG credentials validation make in overall process.

Thanks in advance.

yeah my 10th Marksheet is proper, in fact all other documents are proper including the passport. someone told me that it is mandatory nowadays to provide the BC (or Non-availability certificate with affidavit), without which they don't accept the application. this is what making me worried :'(
