I was looking at the form to be filled for getting the Identity History Summary Check from FBI. As everywhere first name and last name are mandatory and since I do not have a last name as per mu Passport I am wondering how to fill the FBI form? Would approciate if someone can provide guidance on this.

Hi Seniors. Please help me to understand occupation field in Economic classes form. When listing my occupations in last 10 years (12b), Do I've to write occupation such as "Key Accounts Executive" along with Occupation NOC 1123 OR I've to write "Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations"

Also would appreciate if you can give abbreviation of "Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations" which can fit in the 12a field.

Not at all unless you provide all related information as per the application and checklist. But i suggest you also take advice from other forum members so that you can make your case much stronger with their valid inputs.

I suggest you use DD instead of CC

Definitely. I suggest you applied for visitor visa first then PR. One of the important criteria for visitor visa is that the applicant must have intention to come back. But if you apply PR first, then the Officer might think, if you are given visitor visa, you might not come back. But note that if you want to apply in hot NOCs, apply now for PR.

Above are my personal opinion only and could be wrong. You may ask other members too.

I am applying under 2174 NOC but ECA report is still not delivered and i am very much concerned about the cap.......what do you think will i make it if my application reaches CIC office by mid-june?

I am supposed to type $550 in the row for FEDERAL SKILLED WORK in the payment form, but i carelessly wrote it in the row for business class.

Will CIO return my app for this?

Question of Funds:

Hi, I am arranging funds from my family and friends to show in my bank account. Can any one know, for how many months should I keep this fund in my account? Is it OK to withdraw fund once my application is reached and opened?

Please advice fairly as I have to manage funds from others, hence need to return that amount within stipulated period of time.

Last year I was refused due to cap reached because I was waiting for a ref letter from my company. After 2 months they told me they would not give me one, because they could not make a new document, they would allow me to use the current available ones, which obviously did not include any kind of reference letter.

Then I asked for my supervisors from previous jobs if they could help me out, they did, but its not my current job now and I have worked twice for the same company which did not provide me a ref letter, also it is my 5 year experience job, I have barely stayed for 1 year on my previous jobs. I hope this wont be a problem this year, since I saw this one applicant being refused due to the lack of job duties letter...

Sucks to rely on people who dont care about your plans. I cant force them to give me a ref letter... My application was received May 6, I think I am about to know (probably next week) what is going to happen. If they send it back I will have to wait 2-3 months to reach me and will probably be out of the cap to retry. NOC 2281 is not hot at least, but still...
