ECAS shows "Decision made, ......will contact you concerning this decision" BUT PPR not received yet. Is it normal with NDVO. No junk mail nothing...

My file sent back from CIC to me on 30th October according to their email to me,but unfortunately till now no reach, I want reapply again but the only document which I need from the old file is the original ECA report.i asked the them (PEBC)to reissue another original one but they refused.

[size=10pt][size=10pt]My question( can I resend my file with a copy of ECA report and then after delivery of my old file I can send the original one?[/size][/size]

Please advice

CIC keeps the originals, with your return file you have the UCI number .. mention that and they align your originals with your new file.

CIC is aware of this situation and they have already mentioned that in the document checklist.

Hello everybody,

Could you please assist me. I have calle CIC. Till today I haven't received any in fo on my application. CIC have recieved them under NOC 0113 on 25 th of September. I have asked them to asiit me but they send me just an e-mail where the official info was said.

Could you please wirte me the correct e-mail address I could write a letter with request as my friends heve alsredy received an CC/ And they applied in October under the same NOC.

Yes u r right.......My wife and I stayed in US for more than 6 month in different different cities. But in US it will be easy na....If they see in SSN it will show all the datas....ok will wait.......Almost 3 months going to be end after submitted MR.......GOD please help us....

I have been to different countries but stayed for only 10 to 15 days approx... do they check my background as well????

Take an appointment and visit them. If your Current Indian residence is same as mentioned in your passport, they will issue you two sets of PCC letter on the same day.

Yes, else a police verification will be done on your residence. A policeman will call u and visit (within 3-10 days) your current residence and verify in presence of 2 witnesses (your neighbors). You will get the PCC within 10-15 days after that.

Hello Pam13.., my DD is encashed on 21st nov according to bank and i've rcvd my PER just moments before.. am happy for this and also happy to say that you too will rcve ur's soon.. just wait for some 5- 10 days dear.

Are you sure they keep original documents??
As far as I know, if an application is deemed to be incomplete, it will be sent back in full (including original or copied documents alike)! Cio will not keep any document in their hands even the original ones!

My application was recieved on 11-Sep-2014 as per DHL trakcer but i do not have any email/sms/notification from CIC yet. How do I know whether my appli is in what stage of process? My CC also hasnt been charged yet. On which address can I mail CIC to check, if needed?

I was expecting around 2 months for CC charged / PER recvd but its been more than 3 months. Even according to the XL sheet estimates, I should have got my CC charge notification max by 10-dec.
Please help.

How do I fill the XL sheet once I get to the next stage?
