I did not submit my PCC with initial application.
I am working from London on one project and coming back to India for 18 days vacation. I can't apply for PCC here in London because they want my passport for two weeks.
I can apply from India.

1) how many days will take to transfer my file to NDVO from canada?
2) Will NDVO will give me time for PCC ?
3) what is AOR ?
4) I have spent more than one year in two states in India, Do I have to get PCC from both the state ?
