Is it mandatory to send Certificate and marksheet with ECA. My application returned today because of i have failed to provide docs to prove foreign education.Can I send my application with certificate and marksheet again?

Hurry up. You have to send out completely new application with all data in forms up to date as if you were applying for the first time. Only thing is make sure you don't miss out on sending any documents like you did last time.

My file sent back from CIC to me on 30th October according to their email to me,but unfortunately till now no reach, I want reapply again but the only document which I need from the old file is the original ECA report.i asked the them (PEBC)to reissue another original one but they refused.

Could anyone explain what the x-rays consist of? I mean, do they look for back related problems (hernias, column deviations, past injuries, etc.) or are they interested only in lungs, heart, etc. related issues?

I'm still waiting for MR.

they take x-ray to see any infectious disease or cancer or any lung or heart disease. Treatment of which can be burden on canada gov.

To be honest, I would do it.

Otherwise you could risk not being able to reapply at all.

In my opinion, CIC should accept in 2015 (till April) people that had their apps returned for any reason and not accept any new apps. That would be fair in my opinion since it doesn't even seem like we will get anywhere near the 25000 cap.
