My friend I dont say every consultant is bad .. But this is what i have experienced with almost every migration here .. Even during our australia file .. They dont guide you properly first .. They have just learnt a certain set of rules while doing their migration course and thats all they know but the external knowledge which is being shared here in the forum i dont know any migration agent can give that to you . I have seen friends here whose lives have been ruined because of agents . And these are the same ones who have a really well known name in this feild here .. I am really glad that i came across this forum at the right time .. And i have got a lot of information which my consultant couldnt give me before applying file inspite of having 25 years of experience in this feild .. !!

I agree with you. I had a horrible experience withan agent. Indeed, this forum is very helpful and i like thefact that people here are very generous in helping one another.

Guys, i got a reply from cio regarding my application. It was returned because it is incomplete.
date of application is july 14 and the package was sent back aug 14 but i have not received my application. I sent an email on Oct.15 it was answered yesterday. Does the letter of explanation include my uci no? Thanks

Sorry for your application.
When they returned my application last year my UCI was written in one of the forms, not in the letter of refusal.
Good luck on EE if you are planning to apply on January.
