i will apply again on monday. I have not received my package back so i don't know the details of the letter that they mentioned. So, can i just leave my uci no. Blank? I did get charged and i will submit for new noc.

Umm, don't think it's a good idea to reapply without even knowing why your first application was returned. You are bound to make the same mistake again.

It's within few hours / 2 - 3 days... I am 13th Aug.'14 applicant and CC charged on 15th Nov.'14. Awaiting PER.

07 AUG and DD encashed 26 th NOV .. waiting for PER.. hope it will take another week to receive

That is uncalled for. People like Century, Ashif_eee, Oscar7, shah2014, GSW, Palak, Optimist, CanOL, FutureCanadian, Dmitrych, Diplomatru, and many others have shared valuable information on this forum out of their own time. No one asked them to, they too could have just posted their timelines in the forum rather than guiding others. But they have utilized their time on the forum by providing this selfless service.

I can understand there is a lull in the forum, but it's not a given that the people who started this thread will always remain active. They have their own lives too to lead. If anyone needs guidance, it is still available in the thread pages. There is a trove of information available, one just needs to apply ones mind to search for it.

It's very easy to get a trucking job in Sask, and overall this Province is growing rapidly now. Moreover, they have savvy rental prices for housing unlike Ontario and especially Alberta. Also consider NB and MA.

Thing I know is :

If your medical results are OK and not hving any kind of complexities, NDVO wll update 3rd line within ~7-10 Days. Otherwise u wll get call again to undergo few medical tests again.

This has nothing to do with your other papers which you have to send to NDVO. Send them separately as per instructions.

I want to know, is counting down starts when you finish your medical examination or when they receive your medical receipt with other requested papers.

For example, i finished my medical exam yesterday 4/12/2014, does this mean i will have my 3 line updated with medical received after 11 days if my case as yours.

taking into account, i will send all the requested papers on 15/12/2014

They have a PNP for that trade.

Seniors I need you help! It has been two weeks since CIC attempt to charge on my credit card but was unsuccessful due to insufficient fund. I sorted it out immediately with my bank. But up to now, no second charge has been made. Is there any possibility that they will charge again for the second time knowing the fact its already 2 weeks since they made the first one? Or my application has been returned?
I am so worried. Need your help!

I have read somewhere a case where he was charged for the fourth time and it was successful. I guess, the same applies to you, they will again try to charge.

1. Whom should I inform about status change ? CIC or LVO
2. What is the email address for intimating marriage
3. How long it takes usually to get a reply
4. When is the ideal time to inform and send query for addition of spouse

After you receive PER, any other update is sent to LVO. You can scan the supporting documents,, do a cover note and upload via case specific enquiry for your visa office. You can get the accurate details by searching case specific enquiry on CIC website. It will list all d websites for all commissions. U can now choose yours. All d best.

Dear Friends,

I'm sending my application this week, no time left for me, Please advise me on the following questions:

1 - Do I have to include all small travel trips in the personal history and address section in the Background Declaration,, will be pain cus I travelled alot last 5 years?

2- Will my wife bank account will be considered for the settlement funds?

3- I'm studnet in Canada now, In case my application failed, does it affect my study permit renewal in the future??,, you now in Generic Application Form they ask you if you apply to stay in Canada permanently or you have rejection in any application in the past.

4- Both me and my wife eligible to apply,, my points are 69, her points are 70. we could not decide if one of the applications better than the other,, Can We submit 2 independence files, In case one didn't make it So we have another chance,, Or there is a role for couple to apply one application ??

5- I'm applying for the NOC 2145, "Petroleum Engineer", I do have 4 years experience as a Petroleum Engineer, but my education background not the same, its Engineering though, but its Electrical Engineering, I switch my career after graduation,, Is that gonna make issue with the VO evaluation.

It has been more than two weeks since I got my UCI through cic customer service, since then I have been trying to login but system was not finding information about my application. Suprisingly, today morning I logged-in and it says "In Process" "We received your application for permanent residence on 25, August 2014"

Waiting for the golden email.
