No worries, i faced the same problem and i mentioned 2 instead of 02 in my form and the payment got processed.

It is updated once the hospital uploads the results.... Because in my case i went for medicals on 11th November and the ECAS 3rd line was updated on 20th November.... However, i sent my PCC along with the medical tests receipts by courier on 30th November as i got my PCC a bit late....

Got it. Thanks for sharing. In fact this also explains few cases where the RPRF fee paid by DD was not encashed eventhough the 3rd line got updated. Makes sense.

SSP office is in greater Noida. Its difficult to reach there, i got PCC application by hand from SSP office. Then get it cleared from local police station, now it is lying in the LIU office. God knows how long they gonna take and noone visited for verification yet ! They are not telling me the other way round for getting it in 2 days.

You are highly mistaken SSP office is not in Gnoida ...its in Sector 14 noida

Go there and meet those guys in room no 12.
I am damn sure he must be having the contact number of the guy who is sitting in LIU in his mobile :

make a good deal with them :-X as your half work is already been completed
and he will definitely get it transferred from LIU to SSP office within a day or so.

And if you are safe with waiting for another 10-12 days for your PCC,then just wait and you will get it via normal procedure

What all other documents do you have ?

passport, permanent address proof- bank copy, ration card, id proofs- voter i card, pan card, adhaar card
M applying for PCC from Noida where I hve been staying since last 2 years due to job (This is not my permanent address) For Noida address, i just have unregistered rent agreement which PSK don't accept

want to add spouse and send query, need suggestion on sending query:

1. Whom should I inform about status change ? CIC or LVO
2. What is the email address for intimating marriage
3. How long it takes usually to get a reply
4. When is the ideal time to inform and send query for addition of spouse (am awaiting marriage certificate, expected in couple of days)

I am from Bangalore but got PCC through commissioner's office within 20 days
