Hi everyone!

A quick question please. Does anybody have an idea how much it'll cost to do medicals for a family of 4 in the US? 2 children under 3 inclusive.
My VO is AVO but it appears we might be in the US when MR comes. New York area in particular.

Responses please.

I read somewhere in this forum that an adult should pay like 300 American dollars for the medicals. No idea about children.

i got all my 3 reference letters two of them came from the HR department. The other one came from my former supervisor but he has moved to another team and office location but in the same company. The reason i asked him is because company hr does not want to provide one for me.
do i need to explain with a letter? I've also attached his company id and business card. Will this suffice?

Yes, also include the email of HR saying that they won't provide a ref. letter.

So ur saying the tests being done at this medical center is faulty whr is this place please? Wud help future applicants....

Also for ur case I spose there's 1-2 labs in every city whose reputation is beyond reproach in d sense all senior docs accept those results. Try to take d test there and then go 2 d panel physician with those results insisting dat deres something wrong with his results. If he disagrees I would think you hav d choice to take medicals from some other center ur d applicant its ur money after all...l'm just thinking off d top of my head...good luck do keep us posted wat u do...

I dont know if they are doing it purposefully so that vo asks me to take more tests in which case i will have go back there.its fortis hospital blore.

Am going there today with test reports from a reputed diagnostic. Fingers crossed!

App : 11th August 2014
Fee : 16th November 2014 (after 97 days)
PER : 30th November 2014 (after 14 days)

If I am correct, then the case will now be transferred to my visa office, and only after the concerned visa officer gets to my application, will they send the PCC request ?

I have the same issue but i have maintained place of birth as such in passport and not as in birth certificate. usually in birth certificate it will be the hospital name. I have submitted both passport copy and birth certificate. Am in PPR waiting stage, so no worries send both but qoute one.

They will not consider an occupation which is not listed in 2014 FSW MI. Wait a couple of months until EE kicks off and see if you can apply. If you send your application now they will discard it without opening, since your NOC is to be mentioned on the envelope.
