It is not a problem. They have issued several PERs with forms from the beginning of 2014. So nothing to worry about.CanadaTheDream said:Brothers, The Fee Payment Form has been updated ( although they still right August 2014 in the website, but if you downloaded it you will notice that in the Footer of the page it's 11-2014 ) ..
I've sent my application yesterday using the old form, will this be a problem ? should I return it ?

Just received the PER email, and have updated the spreadsheet correspondingly.
App : 11th August 2014
Fee : 16th November 2014 (after 97 days)
PER : 30th November 2014 (after 14 days)
If I am correct, then the case will now be transferred to my visa office, and only after the concerned visa officer gets to my application, will they send the PCC request ?
Thanks for the help of all the members on this forum for creating such a productive and encouraging environment.

Bro, it's a mandatory document, and except the applicant is from India, failing to submit it will result in 100% rejection.RATAN said:It can...it is better to avoid sending BC... I will suggest that you shall make an affidavit (by you and your parent/s) on stamp paper and send to avoid any issues/delays.
You are indeed a lucky person and you also acted fast! Congrats on your CC charge. Good luck.caza said:Guys I have been one of the lucky ones !!! International Transaction limit on my Credit card was less which I had not realised. CIC tried twice and i changed my CC Limit. Luckliy they tried 3rd time and It got through!
Today I read someone's post where CIC tried 4 times. He must be a lucky guy.
My cousin sent his documents a week back and i told him to change his international transaction limit to 1 lac INR minimum.
Keep spreading good word!
Congrats! + for the good news.kpatel said:Hi All,

If you are on PPR stage cancel your credit card asap to avoid charging the second application.pssreddy25 said:Friends,
I read a lot that, CIC makes 3 attempts to charge CC.
Can you please tell, ithin how many days gap they make these attempts "CC charge"?
Reason being,
I have applied under two NOC's:
I am expecting PPR for for my First application.
"VO: CPC-O, PER: Sep 23rd, Status :3) Meds received, PPR: Expecting soon"
But, I am expecting CC charge by Nov 20th for my second applications.
I think I dont need to pay for second app, since my first app is reached PPR stage.
Planing to Block my CC, so that CIC cant charge.
Friends,
please suggest what shall I do Now?
1) Shall I keep the second app in processing as a safe game?
2) or Shall I go ahead and cancel my credit card?
Need your advise..Please...Please.....!
Very true. My former boos gave me the reference letter without hesitation when I asked for it because we kept good relations even after me resigning that job.Optimist3 said:Very wise words!! It has often been proven that we may have to go back to a person whom we never thought would see his face again. Always good to keep our personal affairs a side and move on with bigger and better picture in mind. +1 for the best advise.

If i'm single what should i write in the Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562] form in spouse & dependents section, should i mark didn't travel or leave it blank or write N/A?
It's so unfair. CIC should look into this forum to give an immediate Visa to such helpful members in your situationOptimist3 said:+1 for your contribution!!
I am stuck in no man's land. Charging for 2171 stopped at 2nd sept. No news on whether 3rd will go in or not. 27th Nov I got an email from them, but not sure if it is indicative enough that im within the cap......
Hard times
Good Luck to you for the rest of the process!!
