And that has been done by main forum admin Islandbabe...
He got his MR and additional doc req from Kingston.

So SGVO seems to be the only one who stands alone on the bachelor line ..! [/size][/size]

My files has been transferred to CEM (Manila VO). I made a CSE to SGVO last February 13 and CEM (Manila) is the one who replied.

U r right. It was true in 2013 for MI-2 only. As their quater starts from April so there may have a chance to get update.

But in 2012 a lot of MI-1 applicants received IP from February/March.
