I think that's the general instruction as well. I have seen a few GCMS notes of other applicants and it seems the time count starts from the day you received your PER. So, if you are an early May applicant and got your PER in July 2013, they will have to process it by July 2014

Ya probably you are right. Even if they start the proceeding from Mid-March - the probable earliest as it seems now, then it'll take atleast three months from MR to Visa stamping, so yeah "Late June" probably is the absolute earliest and majority of the app will go into next half of this year.

What's your NOC? When did you applied are received your PER ?

He said his PER was received on 29 May but I thought it should be the filed date since AOR is 10 Sep.

I guess that Philippine has some priority because of Haiyan typhoon last year?

Even Manila is not too fast to process the FSW13 applicants . Only few of them have interviewed may be only 4 MR till now.

But u get the MR now... Many congrats!
