Pls help. I am 2014 applicant. In my app, i have included BC for me and my wife, but it doesn't have our name's, though our DOB and parent's names are correctly mentioned.

PLS CONFIRM IF MY APP WILL BE REJECTED.

after a long wait ,6+months (processing started on 5th of January2014),I have recieved medical request , rprf request on thursday. but not recieved ppr request instead passport photocopy request. no bgc yet.

Dear All,

I need your help regarding the issue of my wife Birth certificate. Currently, we don't have her birth certificate. How can i get that from Pakistan ?

My second question is that before our marriage her name was different and same was reflected on her degrees and transcripts. After the marriage her family name was changed so in that case wouldn't there be any issue as her name before marriage in her Birth Certificate and Transcripts.

I showed Fixed deposits as my Proof of funds...........I have received my medical request , I took a loan and made fixed deposit with that amount , those fixed deposit are maturing in coming days, shall I repay back the loan amount from those FD money or still wait till decision made status and renew those fixed deposits and send the CHC, new delhi with New Receipts of Fixed Deposits.

DONT WORRY DEAR..ITS THE RIGHT PROCEDURE....WITH PASSPORT COPIES THEY WILL DO THE CHECKS AND AFTER DM THEY WILL ASK FOR PASSPORT REQUEST...AND THEY MIGHT ASK YOU TO DEPOSIT THAT TO YOUR NEAREST CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION...RELAX AND ENJOY...YOUR FILE IS GOING IN THE BEST RIGHT DIRECTION....

You have to show only one proof of residency document for past three months...

with help of all of you i have received PR visa.

and booked my tickets and will land in toronto 19 th august 2014.

now my question is that my wife's sister want to apply for FSW 2014 as per calculated point she got 63 points without point for adaptability (Relatives in canada). and also there is no alternative way to increase point except this...

Now what documents should i provide to her for claiming her points for relative in canada....

As i will land on 19 th august please suggest me fastest way to collect all the required documnts like

Proof of status
record of landing (IMM 1000) or
confirmation of permanent residence or
permanent resident card.
(out of these three which document issused fastest to claim point.....) plase advice and how to collect that document?????

Proof of residency
Lease agreement (how many days it will take? and ease way to collect)
credit card invoice and bank statement (If i open acc. after landing and provide statment is it sufficient)
Monthly bill (Before month i have to provide to her for putting file)
An employer letter confirming employment (As i dont have job when i land...)

All the above for proof of residency is compulsory or can i show anyone?
And how to collect all these

You need to visit your local NADRA office with Form B and Birth Notification issued by Muncipal Coporation (if applicable). You will get BC issued within 1 day if you have Birth Notification issued by Muncipal Corporation and within 3 days if you don't have Birth Notification issued by Muncipal Corporation.

Family name change of females after marriage happens in most of the cases in Pakistan. You need to mention both names on Generic Application Form for Canada and consider attaching a written explanation stating clearly the reason of family name change.

Dear All,

I am an applicant of 2134 NOC and my VO is LVO. I received PER on February 17th. I don't know if my application process has been started or not as I have not been told anything about this by my representative but the applicant who applied after me has got a second line in ecas. Can anyone give me a hint what is going on? I mean when can I expect to get MR and other requests? Please respond as I am worried :'(

At least the primary applicant should have complete birth certificate with name, date, place and parents name.

If this is not possible because you were born before late 80's in India, you should meet a Notary and get a self sworn affidavit that has all details as above. Notary person will know the format. You may Google too.

Parents have to swear an affidavit in case person concerned is under 18yrs.

Your cover letter on the application should clarify why BC is supplimented by affidavits in a clear way.

If you have not done the above, try sending them cover letter with affidavit(s) separately. But for them to find your original application and attach it you need to mention UCI number by calling them along with your legal name as on passport, DOB, place of birth, passport number, cic application received date time and person who received it.

There is no guarantee that they will attach additionally sent docs, they may return it too. But sending and teeing is better. It worked for me when I sent them fresh DD for payment.

Don't do this if you already have PER. If you have per do after aor.
