I was in this situation when waiting for my PER. So I sent them a second DD to cic with a cover letter that asked to use the old DD if still active and if not use the new one. And asked to return the usedone. I sent them mailing lables with my address.

Luckily the encashed my old DD just less than a week before it expired. They emailed me stating that they are returning my new DD. I got it after 2 weeks.

Regard
Jack

Hi Guys,

It has been long time, however, I did not have anything to share but not anymore ;-)

I received 2 emails less than an hour ago... there is 3 minutes gap between them.

1. Document Request ... FBI Clearance
2. RPRF Request

For the FBI Clearance, it states :

"FBI Clearance: If your residence period in the USA has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original FBI clearance certificate.

This must be received at this office by: 2014/09/04"

I have been in USA for 6 hours only, transit to Canada. So, I don't need FBI Clearance. Should I write an explanation email? or just ignore the document request email?

I have not received Medical Request as of yet. Is it usual to receive RPRF before MR?

Regards,

The same happened to me I received RPRF request before MR I sent the payment two weeks ago and until today I have no further news its kind of frustrating :(

Dear Experts,

I sent my application on 19th June 2014 and it was received by CIC (as per fedex) on 25th June 2014. However, officially no news from them so far.

At that time, I sent updated form IMM 0008 Generic application form (July-2014 version) but now it seems they have again updated the form and it appears to be IMM 0008 Generic Application form (June-2014). Now what should I do? Do I need to send the form again or No need.

Secondly, when I filled the generic application form in dependent section by selecting Q10 as "Spouse", check Q11 to "Yes", and Q12 was becoming grayed and unable to be populated. Q 12 is basically dependent type but as I said it was becoming grayed and I was unable to select any thing so I left this question blank.
I am worried now is there any problem in this case, or nor problem.

My suggestion, werite e-mail to your visa office and inform them about your status (US Stay), they will advise you, otherwise. Dont ignore their email. It might delay & cause confusion. Once they are aware that you do not require FBI Clearance, they will proceed further, with MR request.

I guess this is my best bet. Thank you for your suggestion.

Help from you guys!

I am applying for FSW 2014. Is it okay that my Annual Salary and Benefits is written in my Work Contract. Since the Reference Letter that my manager gave me doesn't say my Annual salary. What should I do? Would that be a problem?
