hi guys !
today we have got an email containing following msg, we have no idea if we are in the medical check stage or it is only for updating documents?!
does anybody know what is it? :-\
and the problem is that for getting police certificates, we need to apply from our embassy and it takes at least 3 month ! but we only have 45 days!
does anybody knows what should we do?
and here is the msg:
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to
continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
- Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration forms for each family member over the age of
18. Please note you will need to provide information as of the month/year you turned 18 with
no gaps in personal history or address dates. We are aware that the wording of these
questions asks for details for the last 10 years, however, this office requires these
questions to be completed from age 18.
- Original, updated police certificates Iran and UK (applicant) ** details of how police certificates

Please note:
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original
documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 45 days from the date of
this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your
complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the
High Commission at the address indicated below.
