guys can anybody tell me the immigration office contact number, I submitted the old documents, so I need to replace it, is it possible?

Stop waiting for advice from "Seniors", send the new forms ASAP with a cover letter. Also write outside the envelope that it is additional documents, so that the receiver will not treat it as a complete application. This does not guarantee that they will include it in your application, but its better you do something as there isn't a lot of time left.

Do we require transit visa at london for 3 hrs halt at london

transit visa is only required if you plan to go outside the airport...for that i think min 12 hours of halt is required to be eligible for TV....

Dear all,

Please help

My file is ready to send to CIO, NS for FSW NOC cat.
I am stuck with following points please help me on urgent basis.

No birth Certificate for Child, We have a baby boy of 10 years, an affidavit from parents mentioning his date of birth, place of birth will be fine? until we get his birth certificate from concern depart.

No marriage certificate, Marriage certificate is in process, an affidavit stating the same will be ok or not, any other supporting documents required like marriage photo graph, wedding card please let us know.

There is hardly any time left to complete the documents. We would be very gratefully to you if you guide me and help me out for the situation.

This means that they have not yet started processing ur application. Once they start processing, u will get 2nd line in ECAS, after which u will get medical request (once background and rechecking everything gets finished).

Hi! Please, update my app status: We started processing your application on 11 April 2014

One interesting note: my docs were received by Canadian office on the 17th of May 2013 and transfered to Warsaw in July. After a very-very long waiting period I decided to request my app status from the office (GCMS file). My request was received on the 27th of February and I got the GCMS file in 45 days (standard time). It was written there that by that date my documents haven't been processed at all (needless to say how disappointed I was). But... today I checked my app status and saw that the processing had been started. I don't say that it was my GCMS request which made them take my docs and finally start processing, but still...

Good luck to everyone (and me as well ). Hope to get the mediacl request soon.

NEED URGENT HELP FROM SENIORS/ ALL

Some of you might remember my case where I for the MR but no Passport / PRPF request on 13-Feb. After 3-4 unanswered emails and case specific queries to NDVO, today I get an email which is as follows:

Dear Applicant :

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please refer to our letter dated 13 February 2014, wherein we had requested you to send us the Passport and RPRF, which we have not received the same so far. Please arrange to send us the same ASAP.

If any fee payments are outstanding on your file, kindly follow the following link for information:

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng

Please submit the requested information or documents within 30 days from the date of this email. Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application.


This is after checking my email of 13-Feb at least a thousand times which has no mention of RPRF whatsoever.

Anyways, assuming I lost the email somehow (I have a yahoo account and keep checking spam folder as well so dont know how though), what do I do? Please guide me on the next steps as I do not have the original RPRF request.

Can I send my passport without a formal request? Is there a chance of losing them?
What are the other formalities to be carried out? Can someone share there requests from NDVO so that I know what it looks like!

Please INBOX me or REPLY but do help me as I am at this critical juncture not faced by anyone else who is a NDVO applicant.
